thanks meg. i have been told at least 4 out of 6 permanent years as a teacher that there is no job for me at the school the following year - it's come to fruition once. but, they inform you in april and then tell you in june whether the admin could "save" your job at the school or what new school you have been placed at. it sucks - i have dreams for months about finding boxes to pack up all my teacher junk. education in Ontario is a horrible numbers game.
Laura Arual attempts to process the many things that have happened in such a short period of time. All good, but still much to think about, without over-thinking.
YaaaaaY!!!!!!!!!!!! that's such good news. Its horrible to be laid off or downsized. Let's go have milkshakes together :)
